מכונת ציפוי הוואקום הגבוה משיגה ציפוי-ללא זיהום בסביבת ואקום גבוה במיוחד (-<5.0×10⁻⁶ Pa), suitable for the preparation of high-purity films. The equipment adopts a dual-chamber isolation design, combined with plasma cleaning and magnetron sputtering technology, significantly enhancing the adhesion and density of the coating. The high vacuum coating machine performs exceptionally well in fields such as high-temperature alloys and aerospace components, with a film layer temperature resistance > 600℃.
